Have you Considered Offering RapidSOS on the Smartphone and WebClient Apps?

Avaya and some standalone apps (e.g. Uber) use RapidSOS to provide alternate location of non-fixed users to E911 PSAPs in the USA.

Have 3CX considered tying the 3CX smartphone and webclient to RapidSOS as a response to Ray Baum Act?

My understanding is that RapidSOS is prevalent on PSAPs across the USA.

This will save us from having to look at solutions like RedSky in preparation for Jan 2022.

Thank you for the suggestion. Please note that we are considering all options regarding this and we will be ready for the deadline which as you mentioned is Jan 2022 for non fixed devices.
