Solved having issues with Finding Ring groups for IVR

Hi All

having some Issue finding ring groups to set up for my IVR on V18.

Has the location changed?

Ring Groups are on left panel



Are you logged in as the admin account - in the top right do you have a uppercase A - if you do not then you are not logged in as the admin account

Hi,

didnt realise it had to be THE admin account as I was using an admin account that wasnt the first one set up initially
as that worked on my old V16

Will test now

To clarify, it doesn't really necessarily need to be the admin account but the user does need to have "Phone System Administration" rights to be able to modify "Ring Groups":

Yeah didnt realise the permissions changed from the backup restore.
