Having trouble provisioning a Polycom SPIP 331

I've got some leftover Polycom SPIP 331 phones from an old account we had with a hosted PBX provider. I am having the hardest time getting them to provision with 3CX.

But I can't seem to get it working.

I'm running FW 4.0.7 on 3CX 12.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

please note that the best method for Polycom phones to provision is to do it with DHCP Option 66 as per the guide on our website : http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/polycom-soundpoint-450-550-560-650-670/
If you try from the web interface of the phone, go on the web interface of the phone>> Settings >> Provisioning Server >> Server Type select HTTP and on the Server address paste the URL.
Make sure also to have configured the MAC of the Polycom phone on the Phone Provisioning tab of the extnesion.
Also make sure that the ip address of the Polycom phone is not blacklisted.
