Headset recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for no thrills wired and wireless headsets.

Phones at site are Yealink T23Gs

Looks like a wireless headset with EHS support isnt possible for this device.

Does anyone have any bluetooth headsets that have EHS support that can be used with the 3CX softphone?
