healthcare buzzer system

I'm looking into 3CX and bump up to a issue. I work in healthcare sector and we have a room paging system.
In our classic solution we have alarm server running that takes in the room/bathroom/... buzzer signal and transfer it to a paging message on several dect phones.
On the dect phones we need to acknowledge the message, and it needs to keep ringing buzzing untill acknowledged on one of the dects.

Message is something like - roomnumber - time -

Does anybody know if this kind of setup can be made with 3CX.
We need to have a alarm server or something simular because regulatory reasons.

We need to log call respons and when the nurce enters the room for regulatory reasons.

I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Emergency (911) Notifier add-on. Our add-on has panic button support, and alarms. Notifications are by phone, email, SMS and desktop popup. We also log events. You can be notified of the location including building, floor, pillar, and cubicle. Who is notified can be controlled by where the event is located.

I wonder how hospitals that are using 3CX fix this?

This is not something 3CX can do out-of-the-box, but our tool can.
