Hearing static over the IP phone

Hi all, we had static over the phone while calling. Currently we are using the Polycom spip 331. Did anyone know where the static from and how to fix it? Thank you.

Not a lot to go on.
Is there still static, or just one time. Only on one phone? Calls to other extensions or outside calls, if so PSTN Gateway or VoIP provider? Did this just start or has it been this way since day one? Intermittent ?

it happen on all 40 phones. sometime static, sometime echo. sometime is good ????? tks.

On internal AND externals calls? When did it start, were there changes to your network about the time it began?
