Hebrew prompset

Hello. Is there any way to change to hebrew prompset? in the admin console there is no hebrew set. Can I make my own? Can I change files or any other workaround? Specially for the Moh and caller position

Hello @Igalhazan,

Please note that this is not available in the SMB installations as they are shared machines. This feature is only available to dedicated installations, see our guide How Can I Localize Prompt Sets?

Also the Music on Hold configuration option is not available in SMB installations.
You have only the option to change the MoH for a Queue.
