Help! Error adding to Blacklist, will not save "An Exception Occured:...

Running Version 12, up to date

I have numbers in my blacklist, but it will not save any more: gives me this error.

Nobody has had this happen? Can a 3CX admin chime in please?

Unfortunately v12 is an older version and hard to troubleshoot. However i tried to replicate your issue with no success so can't really say what is causing this. How many numbers do you have in your blacklist?
Do you see any errors in the windows event viewer that might point us to the right direction?

This is the error
