Help! Fanvil x64 no ring back

Morning friends
looking for some help.i have a small , Enterprise licensef for a small church. 12 seats, 4 web client base.
I’m able to get the Fanvil X64’s to povision without problem. What I’m seeing is when I call extension to extension, I get no ringback in the target handset nor the physical targef phone. Sam e thing reversed. If I leave the phones dialed out I will get voicemail greeting after about 10 seconds.

What else of info can i provide? I swear I’ve tried just about everything including a fresh install of 3cx. Now the weird thing is I’m able to dial from the 3cx client via my laptop to a target phone without problems

Hi @pgedgett did you mean the holy fanvil v64? I don't think there is a x64 model...

what firmware version is running the device?

all the phones are fanvil v64 or different models? if they are different, which models and firmware version?

are the phones provisioned with the default template?

So, calling from the ip phone to another deskphone you don't get ring back, but calling from the fanvil to a 3cx app is the same?
