Help getting Outbound CID working per Extension

Hi all,

I know this is possible and think I have even had it working before in the past. However I cannot get it to happen now. I have looked at a couple of posts refering to modifying source patterns etc but nothing changes.

I have multiple extensions configure on 1 phone. I want to make calls out from specific extensions and have each extension have its own CID. They are all using the same trunk (at this stage).

Can any one profer some advice on how to accomplish this. If it makes any difference I am using Engin as the Trunk provider.

Your provider must support this.
Outside caller ID must be set on each extension.
The correct outbound settings for caller Id must be set for the trunk.

The last one is where it is going to get tricky, and probably involve some trial and error, unless someone that currently uses Engin can provide a list of their settings.

Changing outbound trunk settings can stop all calls, as well as having other unexpected consequences. Proceed with caution, and make note of all settings, before changing.
