Hello all, as of yesterday morning, the management console is inaccessible. We are currently running on Debian and v16.0.3 3cx. All services are running, including the 3cxPhoneSystemMC01 service. I am able to reboot this service with no issues. I have also rebooted the server. The web client side is working perfectly. I have also patched the server completely to see if that would fix the issue, but no luck. Also, I have reviewed the management console log and no errors appear. Any other suggestions?

thats a new one... hmm....

Make any recent changes to SSL/TLS certs or settings, or do any updates just prior to this occurring?

database running?

BrenttG, The SSL certificate tried renewing starting on 1-25-2020 and expired yesterday 2-19-2020 at 5am. Unfortunately, it continues to fail with the following very non-descript error:

HTTPS Certificate renewal Failed - Error:
System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. (A task was canceled.) ---> System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: A task was canceled.
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
at System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1.GetResultCore(Boolean waitCompletionNotification)
at PostInstall.CertificateHelper.ProcessCertificatesDirectory(String directory, Boolean temporaryCertificateGenerated, Int32 regenerateNotSelfSignedCertificatesFrom, Int32 regenerateNotSelfSignedCertificatesTo, CloudServerStatus statuses, Int32 regenerateCertificateExiredInDays, String appBin, UInt16 sipPort, UInt16 tunnelPort, Boolean isPassiveFailoverMode)
at PostInstall.CertificateHelper.RenewCertificates(String appBin, String nginxConfigFolder, String configurationPath)
---> (Inner Exception #0) System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: A task was canceled.<---

CraigReilly, not sure which service is the database service, however, all services are running.
