Hi gentlemen,

A customer from remote site we have deployed 3CX system on reports an issue with his office Yealink T58A phone:

"Every time I'm in the phone it drops my call, then I get a message saying it's updating, then finding the IP. Tried both WiFi and Ethernet cable, happens both ways".

Can someone hint me what's happening and what is best way to troubleshoot the glitch described above? And yes, sorry for the lack of details, I asked for already and will update this thread as soon as I get extra information and images.

Thank you in advance!

3CX Version: Enterprise Annual 16.0.1078
Server OS: Debian 9 v16.0.655

IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: Yealink T58A v58.85.0.5
Provisioning Method: SBC
Trunk Provider: Vitelity
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Hi @Leo_B

How about other phones at the same site?

What if you plug a different phone in the the cable the T58A is currently using?

It sounds like a network problem at least on the surface. Don't ever trust WiFi, for this type of troubleshooting you want a hardwired connection.
