Help setting up contact lookup

I have finally gotten to this message. However, my number lookup isn't returning any results. Do you have any suggestions? I attached my latest XML file. The issue I am having is the API URL cannot send the request; it has to be in the body.

It has to be POST so you can use the PostValues tag.

According to their docs, yes it is POST. Otherwise you cannot use PostValues for a GET request.

I see that however Im not sure what should go there, I am not at all an API person, so I was trying to get a little more guidance.
