Help with 3cx integration

Hi everyone, I am currently using 3cx but I do not want to use the web or mobile clients. I have a custom web interface that I want to use to make and manage calls, not the 3cx interface.
I currently tried using the open source WebRTC janus server to possibly integrate with the 3cx backend so that I can use my frontend but have not had any luck.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can add a dialpad into my angular website so that I can make and manage calls through 3cx without using the 3cx interfaces?

- what version of 3cx are you use (Free, Pro, Enterprise, etc) ?
- did you already search docs and look at all - for anything related to API with 3cx, such as
https://www.3cx.com/docs/call-control-api/ ?

and ? in theory? if I understand your question correctly, you wish to use custom softphone web client (effectively?) then possibly your path forward is to have your 'softphone web app client thing' - behave like - a generic SIP client device? (ie, logically think of your webapp-softphone-custom-thing as a generic 'unsupported ATA device' you are trying to provision / link to 3cx (?) such as a legacy grandstream ATA for example (?) (ie, since it is possible to manually configure a vanilla generic ATA to talk to 3cx; in theory the same approach could be used to get your 'client-app' linked to allow inbound/outbound calling?)

(I'm not certain I fully understand the direction/scope of your thread/query entirely.)

Call Control API can only control calls, not get the audio through WebRTC.

Use a different PBX platform. Only way to build your own softphone is to use plain SIP. WebRTC is locked down and uses their own custom implementation. Nothing standard.

Seriously, why use 3CX if you're not gonna use the best parts : the integrated apps.

I would tend to agree - if you plan to build your own WebAppStuff / then using an open-standards / open source PBX might be a better thing to use as a baseline for integration.
ie, "good luck!!" and I hope it goes well.
