Hey all, I have a somewhat weird scenario that I'm hoping I can get some guidance on. Here is the scenario:

Call comes in from Customer on SIP Trunk A, which hits a CFD IVR. If a certain option is selected it will dial a 12 digit number which is picked up in outbound rules to dial direct to SIP Trunk B.

That is working fine, what I would like to do is when the call transfer's to SIP trunk B, I'd like it to transfer with the Customers CID, not the primary number from SIP trunk A.

I hope that makes sense. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Since trunk B is allowing the number from trunk A to be sent, I assume it will also allow the callers number. The issue may be the caller ID settings in the outbound settings of one of the trunks. Those settings detirmin from where caller ID is taken, but can affect other calls on the PBX.

Do you use the ring my mobile at the same time option, on extensions, and route the call out on trunk B? Is the original callers ID sent? Do any extnsions make use of call forwarding of outside callers to another outside number using trunk B? Is the original caller ID retained?
