Help with crm intragration tool

[Yama1990]

Hey,

I would like to make a CRM integration for our package. Only I have no experience at all with building integrations. Is there anyone who could help me with this?

It is a crm integration through SOAP service. I have the necessary data, but I do not know how to use it in the CRM integrartion Editor.

Hello @Yama1990,

The tool has been designed to work with REST APIs, however, if your API returns XML then maybe it can be integrated anyway. Please take a look at the documentation here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/crm-integration/
https://www.3cx.com/docs/server-side-crm-template-xml-description/

Kind regards.
