Help with Mobile Android set up for 3CX

Can anyone help with a problem.
I have 3CX set up on pc already and works perfectly.
Problem is I cant get the 3CX on my Samsung Galaxy S2.
I have downloaded software to phone but when I put the settings details in as per my account it wont register.
Help ! Please !

Are you registering to the 3CX PBX, or a provider? 3G or WiFi?
