Help with Nissen&Velten Enventa ERP Integration?

Hey everyone!

We currently have a customer using the Enventa ERP Software by Nissen&Velten and they've approached us with a PBX > ERP integration request. Is this possible to accomplish? As this would be a main selling point for the customer in question.

I haven't been able to find out any information about this on my own. How do I proceed? Multiline TAPI? Use the 3CX CRM template generator?

If this ERP has a REST API which can be used from 3CX, then the template generator tool is the way to go. Please check this:

Multiline TAPI will only let you make outbound calls from your ERP.
