Help with Parking - 3CX V20

I am trying to setup parking on a V20 hosted system. I have a yealink T54w phone and I'm trying to set up parking.
My hope (and maybe this is incorrect) is that the phone user can press transfer and then SP1 on the button to the left of the screen. That doesn't seem to work though. I also tried transferring the call to extension *01 and the phone doesn't handle that either.
So could I please get some guidance on setting up parking on a Yealink phone? I think I'm missing a step or something.

You could just set the BLF to SP1 (or whatever) and then hit the button when in a call. No transfer button needed first. Applies also to the 3CX apps as well as Yealink phones.

To pick it up, hit the same button.
