Hi there,
I am having trouble getting this box to work. I have read the Patton FAQ on this site, but still cannot seem to get it to work.
We are trying to route our calls in and out of ISDN (BRI in the UK) via the SmartNode 4634. We also want DDI and Caller ID passed on if possible.
3CX will not register the VOIP gateway. Here is a copy of my config: -

And here is a link to the manual: -
http://www.patton.com/manuals/SCG-r320.pdf
All the is completely new to me, so I am sure it is probably something very simple indeed.
I have also logged a call with Patton, and will post any responses here for the benefit of the community.
Any help greatly appreciated!
David
