I have a customer that generates call reports which they use to look at the call duration.
Now, their call flow typically happens like this:
Caller -> Ext 1 > Fwd to external number
The total call duration is also including the time spent between caller and external number.
Is there a way to product a report that will show only Caller and Ext 1?
