Hello, I really need help setting this 3CX system up on my server. I have checked all firewall checks and all passed. The problem I am having is that I can recieve calls but cannot make calls out to the outside world.

Here are a few lines from the log:

15:20:33.171 [CM503008]: Call(24): Call is terminated
15:20:33.156 [CM503015]: Call(24): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]> failed. Reason: Not Found
15:20:33.156 [CM503014]: Call(24): No known route to target: <sip:[email protected]>
15:20:33.140 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:[email protected]>

I'm also very confused with the outbound rules. I don't understand what to do. We make local calls and long distance calls with the same SIP provider which is inphonex. If someone can explain in everyday logic this will be helpful.

Outbound rules are a simply recipes for PBX what to do if user dial given string of digits.
Dialed number is analyzed from the first digit. If you want to use VoIP provider (or PSTN line) named X you have to chose prefix for that line, for example 9. That first digit must be unique - for example if extensions are 2xx prefix cannot be 2 (or 8 or any other existing first digit in the system).
Then you have to authorize given extension to use that line and define number of accepted digits.
Next step – you have to strip-out prefix (9 – one digit) and in most cases all is done. In some rare cases you may want to add some digits PBX will send to the provider (for example area code) but is more for needed for more advanced applications (or lazy users  ).
With above setting user dialing 9 123 45678 will 'get line X' , PBX will delete 9 , and 123 45678 will be send to provider / line X.

192.168.1.101 is the IP of what device on your network? Doesn't look like the calls are trying to go to a SIP provider.

As far as outgoing rules, some users, mostly businesses that may have a few diferent trunks or providers, find it easier to manage calls by requiring users to dial an access code before the call. eg...9+ for local, 8+ for assess to a SIP trunk group, or 89+ to access a trunk to another branch office. If you are using 3CX just for home use and only use one or two lines then you can set it up to handle calls as if the phone you are using was connected rigt to your local phone company. Every country/city has different calling patterns so, without knowing how you dial locally/long distance, or what you want to block or allow, then it is difficult to give you examples for your area.
