I am currently on 3CX StartUP PRO 10 Users I can call out but I can't call in using the number it just states that the person is offline what setup do you need to see in order to help me as I am confused I have two lines 1 for active and one for queueing I have setup according to the startup docs but I think I have missed something.

Are you only able to call from the web and not a mobile or land line?

the second issues is I can't seem to get the digital receptionist to work.

From your screenshot, we can only see that the route of the sip trunk is set to an IVR (digital receptionist), when you call your DID does the call reach the IVR? Do you then make a selection and receive the user is offline, have you configured a message so that this message is heard, as this is not a prompt by default from 3cx, Also, check your call routing section and check which destination each DID is set to.

Route calls directly to an extension, make sure it works there first.

Then you can play around with your routing to setup IVRs etc.

If in doubt, remove the trunk and DIDs and add it from scratch.

Should the trunk number and DID number be different? Should I have bought DID numbers too?

You should have ordered, and been assigned a phone number, (or several), and have asked for a DID service, which would send the DID number (number dialed) information, with the Invite, for the call. With the DID information, 3CX is then able to use a DID rule (that you create) to route the call to the destination of your choice. The number in the DID rule must match exactly the DID number sent, or you can make use of the * wildcard, in place of leading digits. If the number does not match a rule, then 3CX will use the default route of the incoming trunk.

ok so I need to buy DID's from the provider.

Yes, you would have to do that. The trunk number, in 3CX is for internal use only, to connect with the outside world, you have to engage a SIP provider, for the services required.
