help with "unprovisioned" cisco ip phone 7941

I want to set up my phone up with 3cx but the only thing is i dont know what to do with it. I have updated it with the file that 3cx provided that seems to be the newest. Is it something i need to add such as a xml file? I am not too familiar with tftp but it seems to have a ip address but i am not sure with how to configure it with the extension number neither for it to talk to the SBC.

That model is about 20 years old now and has been long discontinued. We don't provide any support for it, as you can also see on top of our guide:



I would suggest to replace it with something newer from our preferred list https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

There's quite a few options for all budgets, and they provision automatically just by entering your MAC address on the user, and letting 3CX take care of the rest.
