The Hide CRM contacts from 3CX apps company phonebook check is not working.

i can still search for contacts within the CRM connection to Hubspot, how can i disable this? Do i need to change something in the Hubspot configuration?

We are using version V20.0.7.1080 and the problem is within all clients.

Those are search results from the CRM directly, so no you can't really disable that without modifying the template.

The checkbox is for contacts that were added to the system phonebook. When checked, those won't appear in deskphones' phonebooks and such.

Do i need to look for something specifik in the Template?

i saw this lines that makes sense:
Lookup from a CFD application

I will try to just remove every line with this in the line LookupFromCFD**** and will see if this wil fix my problem.

Tnx for your anwser.

You need to remove the scenarios starting with "SearchContacts_"

@StefICS, when changing the template, ensure that you also change the "Name" attribute in the second line of the XML, for example to "Hubspot_Custom".

@TheodorosG_3CX, maybe this should be considered a bug? 3CX should probably not search in the CRM when this setting is disabled. Changing the template will work, but the user will not receive future updates for it....

I removed the 3 Lines with SearchContacts_ in it. For now my problem is solved and for the future if it is an option in an upcoming update that will be great.

Ensure that you also change the Name attribute, otherwise a future update of the template will override your changes.
