Hide Extension in Phone Book

Is there a way to hide an extension in the generated phonebook?
We have someone no longer with us. The position is not being replaced for now.
I set all calls to someone else. I checked the box so it is not shown in MyPhone.
But the extension is still in the phonebook.

No. 3CX MyPhone openly shares each and every extension created in the system with others users. There is no way to hide extensions. This includes all disabled and/or dummy extension that might or might not be configured for use with a phone.
