hello guys,
I have to hide a VIP extension number during an Internal call, for example:
the VIP extension number is 246; an employee with extension 201 dialed the VIP's secretary on 240, the secretary transferred the call to the VIP 246. so 240 is replaced by 246, and 246 will appear on 201's display. in fact i want to mask 246 and prevent from appearing on 201's display.
is it possible to do so in 3CX?
this setup is a deal breaker in case it is applicable on other brand of PBX. i heard from the project consultant that this is feasible. please advise if in sip world the extension number can be hidden during an internal call, knowing that the sip invite header includes To: user @ domain: port, and and cant be unknown @ domain : port.
