Hide phone numbers of calls: broke the pickup ability?

Hi all, new 3CX user here.
Using version 16 with snom D120/D385 phones

I need to allow users to pickup calls only to a limited group of extensions, but I also need to keep numbers of ALL calls hidden
I setup groups and permissions.

Currently I have achieved only pickup ability while calls number are visible in webclient; OR hide calls numbers in webclient but cant pickup calls anymore
Cant find a configuration that allow both

Is this a known limitation or I'm missing something?
