Is there anyway to hide/remove the entire support menu link from the 3CX dashboard for users and managers? This is very confusing as end users and managers go to 3cx site and get confused and then call us. Also, hide/remove link to the 3CX partner portal? Again causes confusion. Any ideas?

Nope you can't. Unfortunately.

I always accidentally click on the Portal instead of Settings in the MC.

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, this is becoming an issue. We are getting a lot of calls by users that are confused. Not sure why 3CX does not give reseller the option to hide this as we are the first point of contact for our customers. It's as if 3CX wants to undermine and undercut their own resellers. We met with a large customer with 150+ users and their admin said that they do not want their users to be clicking and going all over. They internally did not want to deal with this. Unfortunately, we are looking for an alternate software for them.

I would request 3CX to allow the resellers to hide these menu items. If it can be done via code, we would gladly do it, if they told us what code to change. 3CX is going to lose customers and reseller like us are eventually going to go to other systems as the cost of answering calls over this confusion is not worth it.

You can try using a Custom CSS stylesheet to hide these buttons but this would require you to put the CSS file on each PC's web browser (Chrome supports this) but this can be done via GPO.

The first time I installed 3cx and sent out an invite - someone went to the 3cx website and installed 3cx server on their laptop.

I nice thought, but using custom CSS for each PC or GPO is not the most efficient and it adds to the cost.

Yeah I know. That's why I just leave it there.
