Solved Hiding Agent Status in Switchboard

Hello,

I was just wondering if it was possible to hide the 'Agent Status' view in the Switchboard.

Our client in an ideal world would not have users knowing what other users are in the queue.

I have attached a picture of the section I mean. I have set all the group permissions so they can't see anyone else under the 'People' tab. I can't see anywhere else I can restrict this view.

Hi!

Unfortunately there is no way to hide the list of other agents that are in the Queue with you, at the very minimum will see their Extension Number and Extension Name, as well as their Extension/Queue Status.

Other Agents though can't see stats of other agents, only their own. This is something that only Queue Managers can view.
