Hiding contact book from specific extns/groups

Hello Team,

Hope everyone if doing well.

I need to know if it is possible to hide the contacts in the system Contacts area.
Reason is I have many clients on the one system for now(usually only 1-3 handset clients) and one of them is now wanting to use the system phone book to add their clients.

I was hoping there is an option to hide the company directory from specific extns or groups and I just cannot find out how....

Pbx is not multi tenant designed so , you should not use it like you do.
As far as I know an extension or group is able to access phonebook and no way to disable this.
in extensions you can just hide extension from being added to phonebook, but this is not what you want.

If you use deskphones , perhaps once phones are provisioned, in GUI you can remove provisioning link and access to phonebook. this is the only workaround working only for deskphones.
