High Processing VM

The processing of the machine responsible for 3cx was on average 50 ~ 60% when at a random moment the processing stopped at 99% causing slowness and problems, on Google Cloud Computing it was verified that the process is: (/usr/lib/3cxpbx /3CXManagementConsole --pid /var/run/phonesystem/3CXPhoneSystemMC01.pid -p /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/webroot)

Could you help me understand what caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening again?

On average, the use of the machine is 25%, the use of RAM is on average 40% of use
