Hi All,
I've seen a few posts about this, and all seem to indicate that, although the new 3CX client app doesn't allow a user to place a call on hold or use the keypad on their computer during an active call, this is supposedly available on the browser-based version of the client (as long as the 3CX app was not installed). I just tried this on a PC that does not have the 3CX client installed, and the options are still grayed out on an active call. We have a brand new deployment and the client is asking for this feature. How do we enable it?
Thanks,
Russ
