Hold Android / iOS call and pickup in webclient.

I am trying to document a procedure to take a call on the smartphone app (I'm using Android),
put the call on hold then pick up in the webclient.
I tried to create BLF line keys for the webclient, hoping I could pick up the line.

I was able to "transfer" the call to myself, which went to voicemail,
and then in the webclient "Switchboard" I could Pick Up the call successfully,
but the caller would hear a voicemail prompt in between - not ideal.

Does anyone have a better procedure for this?

You can Park a call in the app and then pick it up in the web client.
