Hold Greyed out?

Hi All,
i have all up to date software, on the admin extension i can hold, but every other extension the hold button is greyed out?

This is using chrome with the desktop plugin.

Any ideas?

Check that you are actually running in Browser Extension mode




If it says the model of your deskphone, you will not be able to control the hold.
