Hold Music on SMB Free

Hi - I can't find where to upload new hold music. I don't like the default much. Is this not possible in SMB Free edition?

We're not on the Free edition but here is the location for Music on Hold in Admin Console:

Departments (which is what Free is) don't have their own hold music. Queues can.
