Holidays clarification

I've got my DID set to play holiday prompt on holidays when sends the call to HOL IVR but then DTMF isnt working.

Is it possible to utilise holidays and have the call go to the closed destination instead?

Whether I put a prompt here or not, the call still goes to HOL IVR.

Holidays will always use the HOL IVR. The only difference is that, if you set a prompt for the specific holiday, it will be played. If not, it plays the default HOL IVR prompt set.

Even if i dont use a prompt and let it use the HOL IVR prompt, the DTMF doesnt work.

Interesting. DTMF should work fine. It's set to a Standard IVR type?

I set it up to fwd to the ivr i want anyway.
