Host 3CX Server System in Windows Azure?

Microsoft Windows Azure allows ability to host Virtual Machines in the cloud. I would love to move our 3CX PBX to an Azure hosted VM. Has anybody tried this? Can this be done? I could see where this would be a big win for 3cx...especially for your multi-tenant solution. I'd love to see a whitepaper on this. Thanks in advance.

I have not heard of anyone who has done as yet, but I think it should not be a problem I am currently using Rackspace's cloud services to host my company office 3CX installation so far I have been able to over come all the different issues. The most difficult ones was accessing local PSTN gateways behind firewalls
