Hosted 3cx.us instance disappeared with no warning

Hello. I activated a trial of 3cx hosted on their servers about four weeks ago. I used to run 3cx for a small business several years ago, and with my current office being shutdown due to COVID decided it was time to look at moving our old key system to VOIP. Running a trial on 3cx's servers seemed like the best way to get my feet wet again, and everything had been running smoothly. Last week my phone app stopped connecting, and it appears the instance has completely disappeared. No warning emails from 3cx. My trial license doesn't expire until the end of the month, and I thought the hosted instance was supposed to be good for 6 months. Are any support staff active here that could help me out?
