The 3CX Sip providers page does list VOIP.MS; yet, this SIP provider is not listed on the "Add Trunk" page drop-down selector.

So, how to use this valid SIP provider.

Hi @Dreamer1950s,

As I can see, you're using the 3CX StartUP instance. Please be noted that the only available SIP trunks in your country are the ones listed at the moment in Startup instances.

If you definitely need to use VOIP.MS, I am suggesting getting a new Standard subscription in order to deploy a dedicated 3CX hosted machine which currently offers more SIP trunk options.

Ok, I'll review the "Standard"; do you have a link to the "standard"? We have very small user needs currently of less than 6.

While being in the 3CX Portal, press "Add System" and in the edition selection pick Hosted by 3CX and then the "above 10 user" option.
