Solved Hosted by 3cx with pro or enterprise

Hello Group. I am just diving into 3CX and trying to gather all costs for hosting voip system using 3CX. Does the subscription for an enterprise account cover the hosting costs if opting to go down the hosted route? Meaning, there will not be any additional cloud costs? Obviously, the SIP trunking is additional and separate.
