So getting users complaining of poor quality voice on hosted so i've just run a traceroute from us (located in Brisbane) to their hosted instance IP and the trace seems to show the traffic getting high latency up around and above the 200 mark on a bunch of hops. Where does the traffic go if you choose Oceania as the region for an Australian client? The traceroute seems to suggest it is routing to the USA.
