3CX on a google cloud server works from outside using the FQDN but not inside with the "local PBX IP": 10.128.0.1 which is nothing in my own router/firewall.
First how 3CX decides that I'm "local" and how to change this IP?

thanks

I think I find by myself on parameter settings found "local subnets", I edited it to take out 10.x.x.x and now it connects only on outside IP

the local ip in this case is in the hosted vm, not your network.

Ignore the 'local address' for cloud hosted unless you are using a VPN to the PBX's cloud side network.

If you do multiple external phones at the same site, use the SBC.
