Hosted PBX expired

I setup hosted PBX on 3CX, did not go live with it and it expired

when I login to my account / My systems I notice it is there ( will expire June 30, hoping to go live before that) but it is Self Managed

is there a way to reactivate it on 3CX, or do I need to run it locally? or AWS?
