Solved Hosted server down

I had a few complaints about calls not coming though so did some troubleshooting (and reading on this forum) and it looks like my sever has been deleted, likely as it didn't mean the free usage requirements (i didn't know about that until today).

Is there any way of getting another instance or bringing up the old one? I have no issue paying at some point but need to figure out what my budget is and requirements are and I don't want to miss calls before then. Hopefully this is the right place to post, it looks like similar posts were made here. Thanks.

Thanks for replying. Is there any way to validate you're from support or work for 3CX? I don't see the "staff member" tag under your name which I see for some other users.

Same thing for me, can I get mine reinstated as well? I guess I wasn't using it enough so it got deleted. If I can get it up again, I'll add more extensions and put a few more monthly minutes into it. Where do I send my license key? Thanks a lot.
