Solved Hosted service changed to self managed

One of our client's 3CX cloud hosting changed to self managed over night? we didn't make the changes...
How can we revert it back to cloud hosting?

Hello @AFROTECH,

Most of the times this happens due to Hosting Expiration , either free Hosting period passed without renewing Hosting or you had less than 5 chat or calls per week and machine was parked due to innactivity.

The free hosting that we had running might have expired, just updated the license to pro and all is good now!
