Solved Hosted SMB system i can't acces

I change IP wrongly on portal and after few ours i can't login portal, problem is that entaier domain is dead our partner didn't rep,lay for ticket

• Hosted SMB system: xxxxxxx.3cx.eu
• Partner: OneCom Limited
• Started: last Thursday, after an IP change
• Tested from: office network and mobile data
• Result: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

You can still access the PBX on the old IP directly by visiting https://[old.ip]:443/ . Then in the PBX you should be able to set the correct IP back.
