Solved Hosted system for 400 Extensions

Hello Guys,

i'm preparing an offer for my customer for a 3CX hosted system. He has about 400 employees, which will result in round about 350 extensions later on.

Is it correct that i can only use hosted up to 32SC/120 Extensions? Self hosted seems to go up to 4000. I have all my customers hosted and i want to keep it that way if possible.

Could i use a bridge in general? I think this is only possible between two systems, right? Maybe some of you have experiences with such a situations and some advice on whats the best option here.

@Gr24managedservice mainly this depends on the setup your customer needs.
Yes you can use Bridges and more than 2 as there is no limitation on this. So if your customer has 3 locaitons lets say, then yes this is possible to setup 1 PBX per location in our Hosting and Bridge them all together.
Now in this case you will need 3 License keys, 1 per PBX and do a full mesh.
If customer wants all extensions together in 1 PBX and setup remote extensions, then the number of 350 extensions is a little bit big for our Hosting ( for now ) .

@NikosT_3CX Okay, thank you for the information regarding the bridging. We only have one location ´with 350-400 employees/exntensions. I'd rather use or work with one pbx and one license key and of course hosted. But following your message, i assume we need to work with a self hosted right?

@Gr24managedservice for the moment yes, number of extensions ( 350 - 400 ) is a little bit to much over the tested machines.
Even though there is no limitation on the PBX side for the number of the extensions, a 32SC might also be an issue as you might need a bigger license for this.
So to ensure stability and integrity of the system self hosted is the only option for now.
