HOSTED UPGRADE

Good Morning!

I am trying to upgrade my v18-hosted instance to v20, but the upgrade button is disabled. This was supposed to be updated before 9-1. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have a system owner extension set? (and can you log in with it)
