Solved Hosted.Voicemail Transcription

Hello,

I upgraded our license to ENT Plus 24 SC, and voicemail transcription worked for a day and stopped working. I have a cloud hosted account. Its on in the department, and its on in the integrations tab using 3cx cloud. Any suggestions?

If you navigate the options tab of an extension, is the transcription enabled for them?

Yes it does show voicemails only.

If you leave a voicemail that is longer than 7 seconds, it does not transcribe?

Ahh okay it has to be longer than 7 seconds. It does work, thank you
